MANAGING DIRECTORS
Kevin Miller B.Com., F.V.L.E.
As the founder and now joint Managing Director, Kevin guides the future direction of the Group, with a focus on site acquisition and town planning issues. Once ready for the development stage, sites are handed over to David Blanck's team to lease, construct and market.
Kevin likes to put his personal touch to projects in their early stages and, with the future planning of projects, seeks to be market led rather than design led. Most of the current and past projects however exhibit a distinctive flair for colour and innovation in site usage and streetscape.

David Blanck B.App.Sci., Prop.Eco.
Having been with the Group since 1992, David has taken day to day responsibility for the development team and for the delivery of the Group's projects, on time and on budget.
As joint Managing Director, he brings to the Group a balance of youthful energy and skills in construction and design honed by a family background in property. He has studied the Property Economics course at QUT and was one of the first graduates of what is now the premier qualification for property development in this state.

FINANCIAL CONTROLLER
Michael Rogers B.Com., F.C.A
Sound financial planning and management is a prerequisite for success in any property venture. As the Financial Controller of the Group, Michael handles not only the compliance requirements but offers continual update of each forecast and profit/loss reporting on every project. The Group's accounting software and systems have consistently been upgraded to cope with expansion and technological advancement.
