From its humble beginnings in early 1990, the Property Solutions Group has now grown to boast diverse interests in Property Development, Property Investment and Rural Agriculture.

Specialising in Property Development and Investment, the group now has an annual turnover averaging in excess of $100M.  The Property Solutions Group is best known for its intense development activity in the Fortitude Valley and inner northside sections of Brisbane.

In recent years its goal has been to dominate development of industrial estates in the Yatala enterprise Area halfway between Brisbane and the Gold Coast.

Its projects range from building refurbishments in the $2-$3M bracket, to the Citygate Homemaker Centre covering 34,000m2 of leased area in 3 stages, and the Centro on James Street project which won the National President's Award from the Urban Development Institute of Australia in 2003.

The Group's equity base is now well established.   It includes a substantial private property development trust as well as a privately leased commercial asset base that provides established credit lines with the major Australian banks.

Responsible financial management, now a hallmark of the Group's record, is managed by Michael Rogers as Financial Controller.

Day to day operations are run by David Blanck as Managing Director whilst founding Director, Kevin Miller, concentrates on site acquisitions and major tenant negotiations.  His son, Hylton Miller, has commenced a training program under the guidance of David Blanck, with a view to a future involvement in the business.

The path is well laid for the future direction of the company and its group of committed personnel.
